Management level Park Laners can earn cash bonuses in the Mega Money Bonus contest by recruiting new Directors and can also earn yearly cash bonuses through the New Year Cash Bonus program by meeting sales and recruiting goals Many managers take home thousands of dollars in bonuses at each Convention!

Jewels by Park Lane offers the monthly Star Fleet car bonus to help Park Lane representatives lease or buy their 'Park Lane' car. The Star Fleet bonus is earned by sponsoring new recruits each month.
