I owned a direct sales company and decided to sell the business after 15 years because there was so much to do as the owner of the company that there were not enough hours in the day and I never had time for my daughter who is the reason I got into direct selling in the first place. She is disabled and totally dependant. I am a single parent and I needed to make a substantial income and also have the flexibility to take time off when needed for doctor visits, hospital stays and school holidays. After selling my business I joined the corporate sales world and even though I made a six figure income I was unhappy in my day to day routine and a I definately has no time for her.
